Delaware's helmet bill

Our helmet legislation was deferred until May 31st we the legislature returns from the two week budget break. We believe we have more than the necessary 21 votes needed to pass the legislation. However anything can happen between now and then.

It will then have to go to the Senate for a round in the Public Safety Committee and a full vote on the Senate floor.

I have sent a request to meet with the Governor to inquire about his intentions regarding the bill.
