OFF THE WIRE
By Tigerlily
Dear SB177 Supporter,
Thank you to all who posted my you-tube on your blogs and facebooks. If you haven't had a chance to see it, it's a condensed version of what happened at yesterday's Senate Transportation Committee Hearing. It illustrates well, the lies that are being spewed by civil servants who are paid by our tax dollars to keep us shackled.

I am testing out my Facebook note page for the first time. Please post a comment to let me know what you think about combining Nevada's helmet-choice bill, SB177, with Nevada's Moped Bill, AB508.

Helmet choice in Nevada is not dead ... yet.
Here's an email that was sent to all our Senators today from a frustrated freedom-fighter dealing with helmet choice in another state.
...I'm taking bets on this one. Please make me lose, you frigging idiots. I did the same in the courts in my state. One ticket cost the state $8000, and we're training more people the nuances of how to do battle in court. On my side, we are motivated by individual liberty and freedom from fools who think their job is to turn all shoulds into musts, backed by the force of law. Screw you! On the legislators side they have cops who want any probable cause to pull someone over for a stop in order to harass them, backed by courts with judges that have the morals of a slug.
...If you don't like my name-calling, do something about it by proving you have some intelligence and making me lose the bet. And oh by the way, .... play time is over! After forty years, there are no more politically correct nice words remaining. We're teaching more and more people how to defend their rights and take liberty back, every day.
Like the disgruntled person above, Nevada has activists that are ready to cripple Nevada's economy by fighting fire with a fire-extinguisher. Tomorrow I will elaborate. In the meantime, please contact Senator Horsford. He is holding our bill hostage, hoping we'll go away. And if you can, copy the rest of the senators in Nevada's Senate Transportation Committee.

Tomorrow I intend to send to you another letter to the senators that I received. It addresses how cost-consuming helmet tickets are to the State of Nevada. If our legislators won't hear our voice today, they'll surely get the message at the next round. Activists are prepared to fight tickets to the very max - to become as much of a burden to the judicial system as possible. Something's gonna "give."
Wouldn't it be better if Nevada got it's helmet choice bill passed to quickly generate revenue for our State? As a newbie to this fight, I'm understanding the frustration voiced by the author of the letter above.
Until next time,
Lily "TigerLily" Gonzalez
