unfair motorcycle insurance practices happening in California

It's been brought to my attention that there's some unfair motorcycle insurance practices happening in California. If you feel you purchased a contract that is either unfair, or you were never informed of what coverage the carrier was offering for the premium you paid; then kindly COMPLAIN!! That's the only way it's going to change and/or get better!
Remember, unfair and deceptive practices are just that! And discrimination against bikers needs to stop!

give him you name, address, carrier's name, etc., so that he can move forward to fight the insurance industry out there!

We did it here in MA.... it worked, we made changes for the better and are still able to make changes.... but nothing will be done unless folks speak up!
