BEWARE ! If you are traveling on 5 North in San Diego, and taking the exit at "Grand & Garnet" at the bottom of the ramp, just as you go into the dark under the overpass there is a big crack or ditch in the roadway . If you get a wheel in that crack it will start you into a Wobble, and dump you. Since yesterday, when our Treasurer went down there, we spoke to at least four other people who have gone down in that spot. The CHP is aware of this problem, CalTrans is aware of this problem, and I called the City Highway Dept about two years ago and reported it. If any of you have had a problem at this exit, please let me know.
