ANOTHER WIN OUT OF WASHINGTON STATE
Received a quick response from the Washington State Patrol in regard to my Public Record Request.
Seems that there are no lists. What a huge surprise.
Next step is the County Sherriffs offices in my surrounding area, maybe the whole state.

Pursuant to the RCW 42.56, I hereby request the following:

1. Any recall notices possessed by the Washington State Patrol on motorcycle helmets.
2. Any laboratory tests of motorcycle helmets possessed by the Washington State Patrol.
3. Any NHTSA formal certifications of non-compliance of motorcycle helmets possessed by the Washington State Patrol.

I am requesting the above 3 informational items under the Washington State Public Records Act.
