AUSTRALIA - Police charge man following raids in Albury

POLICE attached to Albury Local Area Command and specialist units have arrested a man following two operations earlier today.
At 8am (Friday 3 June 2011), local police assisted by officers attached to Strike Force Raptor, the Police Dog Unit, and the Operational Support Group (OSG) executed a search warrant at the clubhouse of an alleged Outlaw Motorcycle Gang (OMCG) in Townsend Street.
A number of items, believed to be related to an alleged incident at the weekend, were seized during the operation.
A second search warrant was executed at a residence in David Street and a number of items were seized.
A 46-year-old Albury was arrested and charged with sexual intercourse without consent.
He’s been bailed to appear in Albury Local Court on 6 June 2011
