This may not be new to you but it is to me. Spike (Hessians M/C) from Calif told me bikes are being ticketed, impounded for 'frame height' ,too low to the ground.you may want to watch for this in your neighborhood.It seems shit always starts in California and the wind blows eastward.

What are they doing about these new trikes like the T-Rex etc. Those things sit real low to the ground are considered motorcycles. That sounds like pure bullshit harassment. We do not have any height requirements on motorcycles in Delaware that I am aware of but will double check and make sure they don't come with any bullshit legislation that can get passed.
