    Gotta protect the right to toke, Man. US AG Eric Holder kept his promise here in California and there are pot stores on every corner in LA. I've got my state medical marijuana identification card on me at all times! You can also grow 12 plants in your home and buy sprouted plants in the stores. Thanks to the feds for staying out of it here, at least as far as I can tell. And I don't think once folks are used to just going to stores that the government will ever be able to take it away. If you let people have the taste of freedom, its all the harder to then take it away.

    But I saw Ron Paul on FOX's "First Republican Debate," and when pressed on the issue, his response was, "Yeah pot should be legalized; cocaine and heroin too." And then he turned to the audience and said, "How many of you need to be told by Government not to stick a needle in your arm. Raise your hands. If the government legalizes heroin, how many of you are going to go get the stuff and shoot yourselves up?" That drew the loudest applause of the debate.
