As you may know, H.R. 904 would prohibit the Secretary of Transportation from providing grants or any funds to states or local governments to be used for any program to create motorcycle-only checkpoints. H. Res. 239 would urge the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to concentrate on motorcycle crash prevention and rider education instead of lobbying state lawmakers to enact mandatory helmet laws.
Regarding Michigan's helmet legislation:
A compelling reason to get involved with campaign volunteering. It is disappointing to have worked so hard only
