BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) – A man deputies say led the Cape Fear chapter of a criminal motorcycle gang will spend at least two years behind bars.
A judge sentenced Larry Ronald Capps, Jr. Wednesday to 24-30 months in prison.  Capps pleaded guilty to four counts of selling marijuana and four counts of selling cocaine.
Drug enforcement agents executed search warrants in September 2010 for a house on Hickory Drive in Leland and Stump Jumpers Garage in Winnabow.
They seized 50 firearms, more than $3,000, and an ounce of cocaine worth about $1,200.  They also took a 2008 Harley Davidson Motorcycle, a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado Dually, a 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe, and a 1986 GMC truck.
Brunswick County drug agents say Capps was the president of the Cape Fear Red Devils, a feeder group for Hell's Angels.
In addition to the prison time, Capps surrendered about 40 guns, several vehicles and other possessions.
