This is what will take place for HB2860

(1) The bill must get to the Governor within 30 days
(2) The Governor has 60 days to either Sign or Veto the bill
(3) If he signs the bill it will become law effective January 1, 2012
(4) If he Vetoes the bill we will go for a Veto Over-ride in the fall session
(5) If he does nothing with the bill it will become law effective January 1, 2012
