Dave's new attorney's have filed a 2255 appeal (Incompetent Attorney) and we are fighting an up hill battle till the end. This is round 3, the appeal looks good. It seems that Dave's orginal attorney was very incompetant, most people thought Dave's first attorney was working for the prosecutor! Seems that the sixth amendment guaratees you a fair trial and everybody knows that he did not get a competent attorney or a fair trial!
