The American Biker Culture Center & B.A.D. (Bikers Against Discrimination) are teaming up with LawlessAmerica in Washington DC from February 4-7 to present Congressional testimony on the issue of bias, discrimination and unjust profiling of those in the "biker culture" by government agencies and law enforcement who campaign to deny them their civil & constitutional rights.
Part of that testimony is on the "Tyler & Peeps case," depicting the "hang 'em high" mentality of justice to those who choose to live in the "biker culture" - who were born in and of the biker culture. They receive a lesser quality of justice than most anyone else in America. Examples include: the Susee/Waite ordeal (representing how innocent bikers and motorcyclists can be easily killed on NY roads and highways like deer with only a ‘failure-to-yield’ ticket as punishment to the killer(s)); the fact that those in the biker culture worldwide are unable to re-enter the U.S. to be with family, brothers, sisters, and closest of friends as they are unjustly banished by the U.S. Department of Justice (as is Izzy WildHeart & Tramp of BigHouseCrew.net and various club members).
"We have got to take it to the heart of this country’s corporate headquarters - Washington DC - even if it’s symbolic it sets the footprints for the future. The American Biker Culture must be protected and preserved whether the government or the bikers themselves appreciate why. Defense of their rights, this large mass of people who ride, second, third, fourth generations of bikers, motorcyclists and clubs, which are the heart and soul of the American Biker Culture. We defend their rights, create an equality of justice and fairness. Only then will we have achieved a great victory for ALL who struggle for the same freedom and liberties! That is the reason why," Hank McGrath stated.
McGrath, Director of the American Biker Culture Center and B.A.D. Assn. {Bikers Against Discrimination}, is also the NYS Coordinator for LawlessAmerica.com, founded by Georgia Congressional Candidate, Bill Windsor. The trip is sponsored by the Highwaymen MC NY, Steve Maley, and B.A.D. Hank is heading the Criminal Court Corruption Committee which will hold conference on February 5-6, and heading a campaign to the U.S. Attorney General’s Office, as well as U.S. Representative Hanna's Office, Senator Schumer and Senator Gillibrand’s offices.
"This is not a peace treaty - it is an announcement of very careful and strategic lawfare planned for the future. Sooner than later those in the culture will understand more clearly that it is not criminal to be a biker or a motorcyclist or in a club. The government made it up using a few fragments of human nature within the culture to depict a broad sweeping reality that simply does not jive. When the culture completely wakes up they will see it is only their belief in what the government wants them to believe that keeps this pendulum alive. It is then that the American Biker Culture will be completely protected and preserved through mass judicial means," said McGrath.
McGrath believes that lawyers will also learn to accept the value to a defense of bikers and motorcyclists based upon their culture and that that approach gives more credence to civil and constitutional rights issues presently suffered by the biker culture in the courts.
