Senate Bill 435 is a symptom of serious and consistent lack of government restraint, and an infringement on citizen's Rights. This bill is proof we have bad government.
SB 435 is a structure for implementing overreaching control over motorcyclists. It doesn't matter to the author, Pavley, what control she gains over us. Smog control bill, sound control bill, EPA stamp bill, they just want more control. BOLT contends you cannot make deals with the Devil without losing your soul. This Devil, Pavley, has become the new Dick Floyd, lying to show support that isn't really there, lying about giving up on the bill so we would stop the fight and go home, and pretending to be friendly with some opposition groups so her bill will pass without them opposing it. Lying about the statistics. Slick tricks played like the ones Floyd used years ago, to force helmets on your heads with no regard for your Rights or proper government limitations.
BOLT encourages every rider to become involved. It is not yet too late. BOLT teaches how to fight after helmet laws and exhaust laws take effect. Government forces these on you in the name of safety, but can prove to make riding more dangerous. We teach ways of using court procedures to stop the enforcement of these badly written laws. You have the Right and duty as a Citizen to defend yourself in court, but first, to prevent these bad ideas like SB 435 from becoming law.
