IRON MOUNTAIN -- The title for loudest Memorial weekend tribute might go to Iron Mountain this year, where 245 motorcycles revved up for veterans.
The 6th annual Veteran's Tribute Ride ran from Riverside Auto in Iron Mountain, into northern Wisconsin, ending Saturday afternoon at the Spread Eagle Club, in Spread Eagle, Wisconsin.
The event drew riders from across the Upper Peninsula and Wisconsin, all to thank veterans for their service.
"It'll be a great day for a ride, the weather is holding up for them," says Riverside Auto manager Todd Cerasoli. "It's a great, great cause and we're happy to be associated with it."
Proceeds from the Tribute Ride will go toward the Veteran's Memorial on top of Pine Mountain.
