LAPD Cop Investigation -- Come Sit On My Bike and You Can Go

The LAPD is conducting a formal Internal Affairs investigation triggered by photos obtained by TMZ ... in which a patrol officer appears to have let a woman he stopped sit on his chopper as he took a bunch of photos ... then allegedly let her go without ticketing her.

The incident occurred Friday afternoon in the mid-Wilshire area of L.A.   An eyewitness tells TMZ ... the cop stopped the woman ... apparently for running a stop sign.

We're told the officer got off his bike and appeared ready to write her up, but the eyewitness says the woman began flirting ... apparently with some success. 

The eyewitness says the woman got out of the car and mounted his motorcycle, with his permission.  He took her phone and obligingly began snapping pics.

We're told she eventually got off the bike and drove away, without getting a ticket.

CALIFORNIA - Feinstein: All vets are mentally ill and government should prevent them from owning firearms

During the Senate Judiciary meeting today to markup a potpourri of bills designed to deny the American people their rights under the Second Amendment and disarm them, Senator Dianne Feinstein opposed an amendment to her so-called assault weapons ban legislation that would allow veterans to continue buying firearms the bill would outlaw.

Feinstein basically said all veterans have PTSD and should have their Second Amendment stripped. In response to the amendment, she said the following:

…this adds an exemption of retired military. As I understand our bill, no issue has arose in this regard during the 10 years the expired ban was effect… and what we did in the other bill was exempt possession by the United States or a department or agency of the United States… that included active military. The problem with expanding this is that you know with the advent of PTSD, which I think is a new phenomenon as a product of the Iraq War, it’s not clear how the seller or transferrer of a firearm covered by this bill would verify that an individual was a member, or a veteran, and that there was no impairment of that individual with respect to having a weapon like this. So you know I would be happy to sit down with you again and see if we could work something out but I think we have to — if you’re going to do this, find a way that veterans who are incapacitated for one reason or another mentally don’t have access to this kind of weapon.

Thankfully, Feinstein’s bill will most certainly be dead on arrival and – for now – the American people (with the exception of Americans unfortunate enough to live in New York state) will have their Second Amendment rights spared.

Feinstein’s remark, however, reveals a deep-seated mistrust and contempt for America’s veterans. It also reveals the fear by government of the revolutionary potential of veterans, a fear dutifully expressed by the Department of Homeland Security when it said returning veterans are “right wing extremists” who may challenge the government.

Incidentally, Feinstein is way off the mark. Although PTSD is a relatively new definition, soldiers returning from combat have experienced anxiety disorders since time immemorial. It is nothing new. She is merely exploiting a modern psychology term in order to add substance to her argument that veterans are insane and as such must have their Second Amendment rights nullified.

Let’s face it – This “right to bear arms” argument has no place in the modern day potential of tyranny and foreign oppression if the citizens are not able to manufacture and possess modern day weaponry! During VOP-FreedomRadio show interviews and through mass media research on the citizen’s fight to secure and maintain the powers of the second amendment of the constitution – I NEVER witness anyone arguing for the realistic need for NEW forms of arms…We only hear about old antique rifles and 10 clips and revolvers and such that simply cannot be used in defense against tyranny of ones government nor against any foreign attacks. On that basis, although the citizen’s argument is honorable in defense of the constitution remaining whole and powerful for the citizens protection – it is not realistic or even sensible unless one also argues the second amendment will allow you to manufacture or build and possess a ray gun, an electromagnetic gun, or bullets which not only pierce metal but lock in and explode! In other words, the constitutional amendment must also protect your right to advance your gunnery or it is merely a monumental argument of what once was…

Take for instance, the Navy breaking in the new General Electromatic Atomics Blitzer Railgun .

If your locale is given – you have no defense. You and your family and friends are killed.

Or the new solid-state Laser Weapon System that shoot high energy lasers (you cannot even see the laser coming!) at targets.

Okay, okay…all of this does not fit right with your compartmentalized and comfortable way of thinking…even though it is standard policy in military to use such weapons in order to minimize military losses…Let’s go on land and see what the military and alleged oppressors will have to put down the “right to bear arms citizens”

Now, if you have one of these…I would not be telling folks!  It is exactly what law enforcement and military WILL USE in “urban warfare”. These weapons are exactly what citizens should be fighting for. They are the only civilized weapon large masses of the citizenry could use to repel initial attacks by foreign troops on the ground or to initially repel tyranny…You have to keep moving though!
Once your location is locked in – POOF! End of citizen uprising.

Now, there will be dozens of folks who simply cannot accept the future or the concepts of the future in relation to their way of thought in defense of the 2nd amendment. There are others who would comment and define what they believe, as ex-military, is the best weapons to use…Of course, few of them will be available to ALL CITIZENS and if only several thousand ex-military and several thousand sheriffs have possession of these weapons or access thereto in each State – That is not enough to defend the citizenry and it would not be a true exercise of the second amendment – UNLESS all citizens have equal access to modernized weapons which may repel foreign aggression and tyranny in the United States.

The legal argument here would be the “natural right” to possess arms to repel invaders, foreign oppression, criminals and a tyrannical government…The natural right to defend themselves and have the proper arms to do so.

Before you ask: we’re not talking about the U.S. military, we’re talking about the firearms owned by the general population. The National Rifle Association’s Institute for Legislative Action (NRA-ILA) estimates that there are roughly 300 million firearms in the United States — and of those, nearly 40 million new firearms have been sold just since Barack Obama came into office in 2009….

…Manufacturers were running full-bore, but couldn’t come close to keeping up with market demand. It wasn’t just the AR-15s, the AK-pattern rifles, the M1As, and the FALs that were sold out. It really hit me when I realized that the World War-era M1 Garands, M1 carbines, and Enfield .303s were gone, along with every last shell. Ubiquitous Mosin-Nagants — of which every gun store always seems to have 10-20 — were gone. So was their ammo. Only a dust free space marked their passing. I’ve never seen anything like it.

Every weapon of military utility designed within the past 100+ years was gone …

The battle over the second amendment is getting bitter and contentious. There is an amazing cultural divide between those who believe in liberty, and those who seek to control others using government in the name of  the ‘common good.’  Below is what liberal ‘tolerance’ looks like when you dare to confront them with the facts in regards to the frenzied attempts at gun-grabbing occurring not just at the federal level, but at the state and local levels all across the country as well. The gentleman in the video was making some great points and ones I make all the time. Yep, more fun in Obama’s America….

Second Amendment activist, James Kaleda, was forcefully removed from a hearing on a new gun control bill in NJ during his testimony.

Yes, James’ testimony got a little heated, but he was still making an intelligent argument.

Notice in the video the legislators laugh as they have their security (armed with guns of course) remove Kaleda before he finished his testimony.

Kaleda receives a standing ovation from the gallery during his ejection.

What happens next is even better.

And in the spirit of  ‘all things gun’ I offer you the following. One of my new female FB friends and old classmates, who also happens to have a concealed carry permit like I do, posted the following short story. I thought it was good enough to pass along to you.

“Went to look at something for my dad off a Craigslist ad today. Pulled up didn’t like situation so decided to use my bra holster and carry my gun just cuz. (yes i have a permit wasn’t illegal). Apparently my shirt was tighter as I left. I then had one more question so walked back up and heard the guy discussing the fact that I might have had 3 boobs and how he had only seen that on the internet. I laughed so he could hear me and he turned around eyes wide and I said ” only 2 boobs here and a .38 special but do you have an owners manual? ” His friend spit beer 10 feet across the garage out his nose I swear !!! Gotta love MEN ! hehe”

Remember, free men (and women) own guns. Slaves don’t. The right to protect yourself as well as your family, neighborhood, community, freedoms and nation is an inherent right, not one bestowed upon you by a government. You are not a serf, slave, or subject, but a sovereign citizen of the Republic. Act like it.
