Chris Boultinghouse only had to spend a short time separated from his Harley-Davidson as sources connected to the case in Southern California announced on Monday that the biker struck a sweet deal in his DUI case following his arrest in November 2012 and only had to serve one day in jail.
Boultinghouse is most commonly known as "White Boi" on the Discovery series
"The
Devil's Ride."
According to law enforcement, the biker was allegedly drunk when he smashed his Escalade into a Prius and then fled the scene. He was facing two charges of DUI and one charge of Hit-and-Run.

- Boultinghouse pled no contest to driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher and to the Hit-and-Run.
- In return, his second DUI charge was dropped.
