 I have spoken to the Head of Volunteer Services at the VAMC in La Jolla,
 and they are very excited to have us come visit patients on Saturday*March 3rd.
  She suggested we arrive at about 10:00 AM, and she would have volunteers
 available to help us go visit patients throughout the hospital.  I would
 like to see this become an ALR quarterly or semi-annual event by the SoCal
 chapters, so I am asking for your assistance in getting the word out to
 your chapters and contacts from other chapters in our area.  The San Diego
 community brought together 4500 motorcycles for a 13 year old boy in
 Carlsbad last month, do you think we can get 100 ALR riders to go visit
 veterans in the VA hospital?
