POLICE have arrested a suspect over the September shooting of former Finks bikie Mark Sandery's 11-year-old son in his Semaphore home.
The man has been charged at the City Watch House with aggravated cause serious harm, aggravated endanger life and aggravated serious criminal trespass.
He has been refused bail and will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Monday.
The boy was shot twice in the leg when a gunman forced entry to the Military Rd house at Semaphore about 10.30pm on September 30.
The Hell's Angels had been the focus of investigations but a man with links to the gxxg was released without charge after being interviewed by Crime Gangs Task Force members in December.
