A Hells Angel Motorcycle Club biker was convicted of stabbing a member of another gang in court last week.
A York County jury found William "Spook" Sosebee, 58, of Rock Hill guilty last week of attempted armed robbery, kidnapping, possession of a knife during a violent crime and first-degree assault and battery, according to a release from the 16th Circuit Solicitor's Office.
Assistant Solicitors E.B. Springs and Deanene Thornwell prosecuted during the three-day trial, which ended Thursday with Judge John C. Hayes sentencing Sosebee to 10 years in prison with no parole. Sosebee was represented by Rock Hill-based attorney Stephen Schusterman.

On May 14, Sosebee stabbed 58-year-old Jim Moye, a North Carolina man, at Wall Bangers social Club, located at 1474 E. Main St. in Rock Hill. Moye is a member of Iron Order, another motorcycle club, and had stopped at Wall Bangers.
According to reports, after he arrived, Sosebee approached him and beat him in the head with the butt of a Bowie knife. He then put the knife to Moye's throat and demanded he hand over his Iron Order motorcycle vest. Moye refused and repeatedly asked to leave. Sosebee then stabbed him in the abdomen.
Moye was fine after surgery at Carolinas Medical Center-Charlotte.
Officers were called to the hospital after the stabbing, but Moye would only say "it was a motorcycle thing," according to reports. A witness identified Sosebee to officers.
Another man was also arrested in connection with the stabbing but was found not guilty.
