It appears the Biker gang war in Winnipeg has lost a major player. Author and former gang infiltrator Alex Caine told CJOB's nighthawk the Hells Angels had seen the city as a gateway to the West.

But Caine says they underestimated the police and also the local gang situation..

Caine says it appears the Hells Angels have conceded this city to the Outlaws gang and moved farther West.
