This is an update on the death of the biker in Victoria on 1 July 2011. The person charged is Tracy Dawn Smith who also uses an alias Tracy Dawn Jaynes. her file number is 153552-1 which also covers court appearances in April, May, June and again in August and Sep not related to the motorcycle death. She will appear tomorrow morning at 9AM at Western Communities Court House in Colwood and is charged with 1 count of reckless driving casuing death and one count of driving under the influence casuing death and breach of order. there is an apparent charge of assualt from april on the file. REMEMBER she is alleged to have committed crimes and this should not be assumed as guilty. If there are any bikers that can show up at the court house tomorrow that wouyld be great.
