Bail granted to one of seven men charged with murder.
Bail has been granted to one of seven men charged with the second degree murder of Kelowna resident Dain Phillips.
Twenty-two-year-old Thomas Vaughan posted a 25-thousand dollar deposit and a 100-thousand dollar surety to remain free while awaiting trial for the June 12th murder.
He's been ordered to stay away from the other six suspects -- who police say have ties to the Hells Angels or an associated motorcycle gang, the Throttle Lockers.
Fifty-one-year-old Dain Phillips was beaten to death as he tried to mediate a dispute between his two sons and two brothers who are among those accused of his murder.
