The Concord Police Department is currently attempting to locate David Matthew Hallman, age 40, white male. His description is:
White Male
DOB 09/19/1970
5’11” 230 lbs
Bald/Green Eyes
Various tattoos on both arms
Hallman is wanted for two counts of First Degree Rape. Arrest warrants have been issued. Hallman was last seen in the Concord, NC area wearing a dark colored Chevrolet hat, blue jeans shorts, white t-shirt, and a grey Full Force Fighting sweatshirt.
Hallman is believed to be operating a 2003 black color Chevrolet Tahoe displaying NC registration YNK-4796.
His last known address is 562 Central Dr. NW, Concord, NC, but investigators believe he has left that location.
