A FORMER Hells Angel who was expelled from the motorcycle club for sex offences and supplying drugs to a child has been given a reduced sentence.
But Terrence Raymond Tognolini's overall jail time remains the same because he still has a minimum eight-year non-parole period for a separate conviction.
Tognolini , 46, was originally jailed in 2009 for a minimum of six and a half years for an indecent act with a minor, 18 counts of supplying drugs to a child and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
Victoria's Court of Appeal today upheld his conviction but reduced his jail time for the offences by two years, resulting in a non-parole period of four and a half years.
Last January, Tognolini was given a jail term of 12 years, to serve a minimum of eight, for a campaign of terror waged against business rivals in the hydroponics industry.
The Victorian County Court heard at the time he used his bikie status to threaten and bully businesses that failed to pay him or stock his products.
He set fire to one competitor's property and threatened to kill another rival or gouge his eyes out.
Tognolini had pleaded guilty to intentionally causing serious injury, stalking and assault.
He was found guilty by a jury of blackmail, arson, threatening to damage property and indecent assault.
Tognolini's lawyers said they were considering the impact of today's sentencing reduction in relation to their client's other convictions, but no applications have yet been made.
