Regarding the news story that you are considering a camera that reads speeding violations. I do not agree with that because there is not a police officer who is witnessing the violation. Our Constitution gives us the right to face our accuser.

That would be like having a camera taking a photo of someone riding a motorcycle without a license, or their wife talking on a hand-held cellphone while she is driving.......I don't recall anyone being cited for that.
