Pending,Ski-Slope Helmet Bill

This is now being addressed by California State
Senator Leland Yee (D-San Francisco). Senator Yee has proposed a new ski Helmet law for anyone under 18 on the slopes in California. The bill was Introduced last Wednesday.

As we remember, The mandatory helmet law was also started as an “under 18” bill. In that many head injuries occur from slips and falls at home in the bathroom, if we do not fight against this “ski Slope” bill, and it passes, the next bill will require us to wear a helmet when we take a shower….and we will NEVER get rid of the mandatory motorcycle helmet law.
