First, some Alpha Biker commentary... B.A.D. has specifically spoken about the bullshit internal memos that the boys in blue get every day to essentially scare the shit out of them so when you as a biker get pulled over... the whole fuckin' SWAT team shows up cocked and locked... listen to B.A.D.'s interview on Scot Sloan's 700WLW program HERE to understand what we are saying.

Possible retaliation by members of a motorcycle gang lead law enforcement to be more cautious across the Tri-State. The trouble came Saturday night in Camp Washington. That's where two officers were wounded during a shootout with a member of the Iron Horsemen. The gang member was shot to death.

Today, we're learning, while the extra precautions officers are taking now might be valid, the Iron Horsemen are concerned as well, telling Local 12 the alert could be based on dangerously incorrect information.

Rich Jaffe shares the latest information on the story.

The ripple effect of Saturday's police shooting of Harold Seavey, an enforcer for the Iron Horsemen, is growing. The amount of incorrect information circulating is phenomenal, making a dangerous situation even more so. I can tell you that right now law enforcement across the area is extremely nervous, and so are the bikers, because in the next few days hundreds of Iron Horsemen from across the country will head east for Harold Seavey's funeral.

Harold "Dirty Harry" Seavey will be buried early next week near his home in Portland, Maine. A memorial service is set for Monday at Hobbs Funeral Home in South Portland. Burial will take place Wednesday at Four Cities Cemetery. It will be a biker funeral.

Seavey was killed Saturday at a Camp Washington bar when he opened fire on Cincinnati Police who arrived on the scene to question the bikers about why they were gathered at J.D.'s Honky Tonk.

This memo from a Tri-State police organization is adding fuel to an already dangerous fire... saying "members from other states chapters will begin flooding the Cincinnati area for retaliation."

The attorney for the local chapter of the Iron Horsemen says that's not the case.

Mike Schulkens, Attorney for Iron Horsemen: "Officers always need to be concerned for their safety, but no more in this circumstance than usual. They should treat any member of an organized motorcycle club the same today as they did yesterday. Horsemen are not in any retaliatory fashion or position and they never will be."

According to the memo, the information about how Iron Horsemen react to the shooting of one of their own comes from "an incarcerated member of the Iron Horsemen." The memo warns "members will be advised to travel armed and not wear any colors to assist in avoiding law enforcement detection"... it goes on to say "any law enforcement officer will be fair game for retaliation..." something their attorney says is not true.

"Rumors will literally kill people. It's creating a tension between police and motorcycle people, particularly Horsemen, that never existed before. There's not an incident in recent memory with Horsemen having problems with any police department and now we got people coming in supposedly for retaliation, somebody's going to get hurt for no reason."

Mike Schulkens tells me he met with Cincinnati Police Chief Tom Streicher about these concerns and that Cincinnati Police are doing what they can to calm things down as well.

He also told me that since the shooting, Iron Horsemen across the country have been under a no fly order, meaning they haven't been allowed to fly their colors, but that's going to be lifted by the time they start heading east for Seavey's funeral, so they will be easy to spot.

Mike Schulkens has a personal reason for being especially concerned about officer safety. He tells us his son is also a Tri-State police officer.
