CA BOLT NOT in support of SB 435

OFF THE WIRE
Update: Bub Enterprises NOT in support of SB 435
Update: Bub Enterprises is no longer listed as being in support of SB 435.
It is a matter of public record that according to the June 25 analysis, Bub Enterprises was listed among supporters of SB 435. Bub Enterprises was also quoted by the bills' author, Senator Pavley, as saying "This measure is a modest and reasonable solution to the lack of enforcement of federal and California statutes." This was published in a bill analysis on the state assembly web site.
However, I have received information that Bub Enterprises was listed as in support, "in error".
This begs the question:
Is Senator Pavley fraudulently fabricating support for her legislation like Dick Floyd did in the 90's when he got the helmet law introduced?
Verification that Bub Enterprises should not be listed as being in support is as follows:
1. The analysis published on 7/1 does not mention Bub Enterprises as either in support or opposition.
2. This is an "error" according to Daniel Seeman who works at Senator Pavley's office. The relevant information from an email says the following:
