10 Reasons Why You Should Get Naked More Often

 OFF THE WIRE

10 Reasons Why You Should Get Naked More Often
Health Lifestyle
Getting naked is often thought of as an act that should only be reserved for sex—and even then some get squirmy! Many people are more comfortable believing that the more clothes you are wearing the better. However, getting naked more often can have great benefits for you. Here are 10 great reasons to get naked more often:
1. It burns more fat.
Your body’s main supply of brown adipose tissue (BAT), or good fat cells, are located around your shoulder blades and neck. When your body is exposed to the elements and is cooler, the BAT proliferates and essentially kills the white adipose tissue, aka bad fat cells. So, not wearing any clothes helps promote this and makes you healthier.
2. You’ll become comfortable with who you are.
Self-acceptance is hard to come by today. Ask anyone you know and see if they are happy with themselves. Chances are they will say they are too fat, not pretty, and find all of the flaws that they can. In reality, others do not see this. They see that you are beautiful. When you begin to get naked, you learn to appreciate your body and realize how beautiful you really are.
3. It saves you money.
Being naked more often saves on buying new clothing since you are wearing nothing a lot of the time. Be careful when you are in public, though—you may have to put on some clothes!
4. It increases your immune system.
Being naked and getting exposure to the sun’s rays actually increases your body’s vitamin D levels. Vitamin D is directly related to your immune system. When you have optimal levels of vitamin D, your body’s immune system is impeccable, and you will be better equipped to ward off viruses, including the common cold and flu. So go lay outside naked on your private balcony or in your yard.
5. It makes you face your fears head on.
People cringe today when you mention the words “get naked.” They are so afraid of it—and today’s children are so ingrained with this—that they must wear layer upon layer to deal with their body image. However, when you are naked, you face your fears of body image and self-acceptance, experiencing some of the best moments of your life.
6. You will feel better in your clothes.
When you do wear clothes (because not everyone has yet accepted being naked in public), you will start to choose clothing that accentuates the parts of your body that you love. You will begin to notice that maybe that muumuu does not flatter your beautiful curves and start wearing clothes that you love.
7. You will embrace vulnerability.
When you put yourself out there, it is a natural reaction to have fear and worry. However, this is an opportunity to embrace being vulnerable. It allows you to think and get down to the core of what really matters and what is of importance to you. When you strip away all of the excess, you are 100% you and willing to take on anything that comes your way.
8. You will show the world the real you.
Today, we have many ways of altering our appearance from our true body image when we wear clothing. Some people alter their image so much that they fear getting naked with the person they love. It seems crazy that this could even happen; however, the rise in use of breast-enhancing bras and Spanx products has put this idea into people’s minds. This all goes back to being comfortable with your true body image. If a person really does love you, then they should not love you based upon your image. If they do, then you may even decide that the ever-so-uncomfortable leggings that go up above your waist to hold in all of the imperfections may not be worth it after all.
9. You will have fun.
Well, this could go in all sorts of directions. But when you are comfortable with your naked body and see it as being flattering, then life is more fun. You start realizing that you are beautiful and are willing to do more things that you probably would not have done otherwise—with and without your clothes on.
10. You can have sex with the lights on.
Many people are self-conscious about the way they look and decide that the less lighting the better when they have sex. It’s nothing new. If you survey your best friends, you will probably come to this conclusion too. They may say that it even gets awkward during sex because they are more concerned with what their partner thinks of their body than just having and enjoying amazing sex. When you love the way you look naked, you will also want to have your partner see you at your best.
What are you waiting for? Start spending more time in the buff today and begin to change the way you think about your body.

Read This Before Joining A Motorcycle Club

OFF THE WIRE
Joining a motorcycle club isn't something you do because you're bored! It takes commitment and dedication - lots of it!
Bikers ride

You have probably watched multiple Motorcycle Club TV shows like Sons of Anarchy, and you feel like, yeah, it is about time I tried this life. It is one thing to fantasize about a motorcycle club life, and it is another thing to live it. What you see on TV shows is totally different from what really happens in real life Motorcycle Clubs – the most challenging part is becoming a member. Being a motorcycle enthusiast is a big plus. Knowing your way around cruisers and massive road beasts, and being able to install some good sound on your ride without vising a mechanic is another big bonus.
But that is not all; what you need to ask yourself is, do I have what it takes to last the test of time. One fact with MCs is that once you're in, the door slams shut behind you – there is no way out. So, before you jump in with all the excitement, read this—a few things you probably need to know before joining a motorcycle club.

10Don’t Bother Sending An Application

Joining a motorcycle club is not like getting hired in some high-end company with a fancy corner office; you do not send an application. If you had drafted one, burn it before someone sees it. What you need to do is to identify a full patch MC member and get to know him. The best way is to look for a member in your own locality, within your area of residence or where you hang out. This way, you can be considered.

9Be Ready To Wait

Becoming a motorcycle club full member is not a walk in the park. You must prove yourself worthy dying for. You can wait for months, and even years before you receive the patch. And there is no guarantee that you will ever receive it. You can either quit all by yourself or be sent away by the club.
During your time of waiting, you are in a club, but you are basically on your own. If you get in trouble whether through the club or by yourself, you will work your way out, the members cannot come into your rescue. Do you still want to join?

8The MC Language

Are you ready to learn a new language? And hey, it is not Chinese or Arabic, you can manage if you are committed. Motorcycle clubs have their unique way of communicating with each other – a code that is unique to every club. There is also the general biker club language like 1%, which refers to clubs that are less concerned with following the law, and there are the 99% clubs that apply to the “good citizens” biker clubs.
There are the hand signals they use while on the road and many secret codes of communication. Unless you want to be smiling in discussions while others are conversing and laughing, you must learn the MCs language.

7The MC’s Money Raising Hacks

For motorcycle clubs to keep moving and conducting their activities, there must be an account that can cough out cash when needed. One of the ways for MCs to raise money is through member contributions. And there is no joke in this. You must pay your dues when they are due. And not just member contribution, there are other ways of getting money out of members.
You must obey all the rules of the club because when you break one, you are not given a warning; you must cough out some more cash as a penalty. You can even be fined for not riding with the club for a certain period – if your bike breaks down, you must have it fixed real soon.

6You Must Earn Your Uniform

Joining a motorcycle club is not getting a job in some executive cleaning company where you get your uniform on your first day at work. Motorcycle club attires are a point of pride, for you to get one you must have proved yourself by going through all the stages, and have been voted in by the existing members.

5Know Your Heritage

This is not a written-down rule, but everyone with eyes that see can tell that many motorcycle clubs are not all-inclusive. It is quite rare to find a Latino in white man MC or a white man in an African-American motorcycle club.
There are MCs that, in the recent past, have tried to include all ethnicities in their clubs, but it still not easy – you have to know your origin while you are looking to join a motorcycle club.

4Integrity Is A Must-Have

To make it to the last stage of becoming a full-patch MC member, you must be a man of your word. Motorcycle clubs are built on the foundation of honor and respect, and you must live by that code.
Once you start the process of joining an MC, you must know that you have met a new family – loyalty if what will keep you there. And during your wait time, you will get a lot of opportunities to prove your integrity.

3Looking For Women? They Are Not Here

If your goal of joining an MC is to meet some hot ladies, you might just have to look for another hood to hang out. Motorcycle clubs are no-go zones for women. They can build their own women MCs or hangout with male motorcycle clubs, but that is as far as they can go. When it comes to the serious business of the club, women are not allowed. This is true for 99% of the prominent MCs.

2Bring Your Bike – Not A Scooter

You might not even ever get another chance to come close to an MC if you try to go with your scooter. If you really want to see your motorcycle club dream come true, at least start with the right foot – get a motorcycle, a cruiser that other members will feel proud riding alongside you. Get a Harley-Davidson!

1RCs Are Not MCs

Via stickymangorice.com
You must know the difference between a riding club and a motorcycle club. Motorcycle clubs are much more committed to what they do as compared to riding clubs. In an MC, you are more of pledging your allegiance than your time.
We can simply say that riding clubs consist of people who love motorcycles and want to expand their riding hobbies. If you are afraid of commitment, you better look for a riding club, a motorcycle club might not be your thing.

10 Most Badass Motorcycle Clubs And Their Most Important Rules

OFF THE WIRE
Most biker clubs promise a lifetime of brotherhood and a place to be, no matter who you are and what you may have done...if you follow their rules!

When you think badass motorcycle clubs, it's only the outlaw motorcycle clubs that come to mind, the ones that don’t follow the rules and regulations of the AMA (American Motorcycle Association). These motorcycle clubs not only live by their own rules and regulations, but they also follow their diktats pretty strictly, and any rule-breaking can lead to even long-time members getting evicted.
The rules, mostly, are never fair, but that doesn’t stop the MC’s enforcers from making sure that they are followed to the tee. For an outlaw motorcycle club, the club is usually priority number one, and members are expected to adhere to rules, even if they go against the law. Then again, they do promise a lifetime of brotherhood, and a place to be, no matter who you are and what you may have done.
Want in? Look at the 10 most badass motorcycle clubs and their most important rules before you try to become part of one…

10The Pagan's – You Can’t Marry A ‘Pet’

via Pinterest
The Pagan’s MC was formed in the 50s, but by the time it exited the ‘60s, it had become a largely shady organization that dealt in things that skimmed the law, and sometimes, broke the law outright. Today, they are one of the largest outlaw MCs in the US and considered a threat by law enforcement. Their one unbreakable rule: pets, as in women who are with many of the MC members, cannot be married to any of the members. These women are not considered “high” enough in stature to be wives.

9Vagos Motorcycle Club – What’s Not Of The Club Is Immaterial

via Flickr
The Vagos MC isn’t an outlaw club afraid of the law, or afraid of breaking it. According to law enforcement agencies, the Vagos earn money by smuggling illicit substances across both sides of the Mexican-US border. A few of the members were accused of trying to set traps for police officers in California. This made the Vagos MC file a defamation suit and even win it. The club remains a priority for all members, but what the members do away from the club business remains their business, period.

8Bandidos Motorcycle Club – Pledged To The Bandido Nation

via TheMercury
The Bandidos Motorcycle Club calls itself, along with all of its chapters and members, national or international, the Bandido Nation. So all the members, who have pledged to a chapter, first have to sign their motorcycle over to the club. The wheels now belong to the club. Also, if a member of any chapter is around any Bandido event, even of another chapter, he has to be a part of it. This holds especially true if it’s a funeral of one of the MC’s members.

7Hells Angels – When In Need, Go The Legal Way

via ExpressDigest
Call it an unspoken rule, but one of the most popular outlaw MCs, the Hells Angels, often take the help of the law when in need, even if they skirt the periphery of it. And while some of the members may indulge in stuff that is less than savory and is probably breaking the law as well, a lot of what the club does for the business is above the law. So when the Hell’s Angel's name or patch is used without permission, as they did in the movie Wild Hogs, Hell’s Angels goes to court and files a lawsuit. And then wins them all as well.

6Outlaws Motorcycle Club – Peace Is Not A Concept They Preach Or Adopt

via Ocala
Unlike many one-percenters that give other MCs and their territories a wide berth, the Outlaws MC works in the opposite direction. They are always on an expansion drive, so much so that they actively pick up fights with smaller MCs and decimate them with threats and takeovers. The smaller MC members have the option of joining the Outlaws MC or simply slinking away to nothingness. Along with this, they also defend their territories in virulent and violent ways, and this is their most important rule. Territories have to be won and protected.

5The Grim Reapers – Joining Requirements Are A Harley-Davidson And Being White

via CourierPress
The Grim Reapers MC is another outlaw motorcycle club with very strict rules in place, especially when it comes to joining the club. When a rookie wants to join the motorcycle club, there are two major requirements he needs. One is that his motorcycle needs to be a Harley Davidson, and the second is that he needs to be white. The members have to be all male, and all these requirements for new members were made public in 1981 when the rules were published in a small newspaper in Evansville.

4The Mongols – Never Back Down In A Fight

via RideApart
The Mongols MC, it is said, was formed because the Hispanic hopefuls who wanted into the Hells Angels MC were denied membership because they weren’t lily-white. And not only did they form an MC separate from Hells Angels but they also took Southern California away from HAMC, and established themselves in this territory, firmly. And their motto or rule is simple, never back down in a fight. And such is their fighting prowess that even the Hells Angels have given up their rights to the territory.

3Iron Horsemen Motorcycle Club – Ashes To Ashes, Dust To Dust

via Ozbike
The Iron Horsemen Motorcycle Club may not be as big an outlaw club as the rest, but their claim to fame is just about as violent, if not more when it comes to crossing the legalities. Much like the other outlaw MCs, their members have been involved in all kinds of illicit and banned substance smuggling, as well as other more serious offenses. And yet, their motto is as poetic as ever and enforces the rule of frequent riding: “Ashes to ashes, dust to dust. If it weren’t for the Iron Horsemen, the highways would rust”.

2Black Pistons Motorcycle Club – Follow The Constitution

via Complex
The Black Pistons Motorcycle Club is as outlaw as they come, but instead of being an independent MC, they are a support club to the Outlaws MC. Meaning if and when the law enforcement bears down too hard on the Outlaws, the Black Pistons MC comes in handy, and they also are useful in finding new members for the Outlaws. Their basic rule is simple, follow the constitution of the club, in that all members have to be 21 years and above, own a US-made motorcycle, and be friends with an active member for at least a year.

1Cossacks Motorcycle Club – Sewing On A Supremacy Patch Is Punishable

via Vice
The Cossacks Motorcycle Club is loyal to the Harley-Davidson brand and only HD riders of a certain displacement size and above are included in. While they consider themselves to be patriots because of this, they take great pains to make sure everyone knows that they are not white supremacists. Any Cossack member is prohibited to wear any insignia or patch that proclaims the whites to be a more superior race and pride themselves in “taking care of their own”, even if that means skimming the law.
