CA has the greatest number of motorcycle riders than any other state. Yet we have the lowest number of rear end collisions (on motorcyclists). This has been 100% attributed to our ability to lane filter...which also helps the flow of traffic. This guy, Ken Mandler, wants to end lane filtering, there by increasing accidents and deaths to motorcycle riders.
