BOLT follows these basic guidelines. The format was created by Dave Stilwell from Guerrill Lawfare. Print it off, hand it out, share it, learn. The next time you hop on your bike you will be stopped and harassed. Cops lie. How will you prove it. If you don't learn your Constitutional rights, then you have none. If you don't learn how to push back then you will always be the victim. If you and your friends get frequently profiled and want it stopped, you need proof. Robert Tabaldo and Eric Partika have been working on an anti biker profiling bill. But they need proof it is occurring. What is your plan to gather evidence? What is your group plan? Yesterday I watched 3 chp cruisers tail gate 3 bikers on I 80. If that was you what would you do. Point is you have to have the plan before the battle.
