Those drones don’t do the ball tossing by themselves. They have cameras around the room that track the position of everything and a computer then tells them how to move. The video looks very impressive when you see it because you think the drones are doing everything by themselves. They are not. Its hard to tell how many computers it takes to montior the camera feeds and then do the object recognition and then track movements of the drones. It will be quite impressive when the computing boards are small and easy on the power consumption. You could do this with much larger drones that can handle the payload of the computers and generate the power for them.
