  Worcester PD Detective John Doherty, Sgt. Kevin Pageau, An Unnamed Cop & City Manager Michael–The Lawn Mower–O’Brien Have Been Named In a Federal Law Suit, By The Now 21-Year-Old Mother, Seeking Danages Due To Their Intentional Illegal Interrogation Tactics In Their Overzealous Attempts To Secure a Confession.
  Worcester District Attorney Joseph D. Early, Jr. Decided To Prosecute The Case “Knowing” The Interrogation Was Conducted Illegally. He Said He Knew There were “Problems” With The Interrogation From The Beginning. Now Isn’t THAT Just Ducky!?
  In Her Ruling Throwing Out The 16-Year-Old Mother’s Confession, Judge Kenton-Walker Said Ms. Truong’s Statements To Worcester Police Sgt. Kevin Pageau And Detective Johny Doherty “were not made voluntarily”
  So Lets See. We Have a Police Department That Knows It Is Violating The Rights of A Citizen, a 16-Year-Old Citizen And They’re OK With That.
  We Have a Police Chief That Knows His Department Conducts Illegal Interrogations, And He’s OK With That.
  We Have a City Manager Who Knows His Chief of Police & His Police Department Conduct Illegal Interrogations, And He’s OK With That.
  We Have a “DISTRICT ATTORNEY” Who “Knows” The Police Department Is Conducting Illegal Interrogations, Says He Knew There Were “Problems With The Interrogation From The Beginning”, And He’s OK With That–As A Matter of Fact He Decides To Go Forward & Prosecute The Victim of An Illegal Police Department Interrogation.
  Each of These “Trusted Servants” Should Be Fired From Their Positions.
