ALABAMA - DA Wants DNA Samples from All 5 Suspects in 'Devil's Diciples' Murder

OFF THE WIRE
(BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala.) Baldwin County's District Attorney wants the suspects involved in the motorcycle gang murder to submit DNA samples for the case.
Five people have been arrested in connection to the death of Samuel Dixson, a Milton man found dead near Styx River last month.
Officials say all are in some way connected to a Michigan-based motorcycle gang called the "Devils Diciples."
"Because it's a cheek swab its considered non invasive," Baldwin County DA Hallie Dixon said. "The rules of criminal procedure a discovery rule allows us to ask the court for and order and they would order the defendant to comply and from there we get a cheek swab or what they call a buckle swab."
Late Monday a Baldwin County judge granted the prosecution's request to get the DNA from all the defendants. Authorities say the case will likely go to a grand jury and more arrests could be coming.

Four arrested in fatal shooting that happened as motorcycle club was about to embark on charity ride

WINTER SPRINGS — Police on Monday arrested four suspects in Sunday's fatal shooting of two members of the Warlocks motorcycle club and the wounding of a third man outside a VFW post in Winter Springs.
The Orlando Sentinel reports that the shooting happened about 10:40 a.m. in the parking lot of the VFW post when the Warlocks were about to leave on a charity ride for an undisclosed charity, according to police. Police spokesman Lt. Doug Seely said a confrontation preceded the shooting. Witnesses to the shooting said at least 30 shots were fired when six unidentified motorcycles arrived in the VFW's parking lot.
Details of the shooting have not been released, but Winter Springs police noted that a Pennsylvania Warlocks chapter that was not affiliated with the Florida Warlocks tried to start a second chapter in Seminole County.
