Beachcomber Peter Mark recently stumbled on the treasure of a lifetime on a remote stretch of British Columbia shoreline: a more-or-less intact, albeit rusty, Harley-Davidson motorcycle that may be the first piece of debris from the Japanese tsunami to wash up on Canada's shores, CBC News reports. The license plate on the bike, found with other equipment in what appeared to be the remnants of a moving truck, indicated it came from Miyagi Prefecture, an area hit hard by the tsunami. Mark left the items where he'd found them. Vancouver's Japanese consulate is trying to track down the owner. "I really hope this person is OK," Mark said.
