South Australian Police are investigating the shooting of a 29-year-old Angle Vale man, who drove himself to the Royal Adelaide Hospital early this morning after being shot several times.
The man, believed to be a member of the Hells Angels motorcycle club, arrived at the hospital at around 12:30 this morning.
He received wounds to the chest and arm, and is currently in a serious but stable condition.
His injuries are not considered life threatening.
The man's vehicle is being inspected by the police, with bullet holes visible in the cabin of his ute.
Senior Constable Rebecca Stokes from the Police Media Unit told 891 Breakfast detectives were yet to interview the shooting victim, and are uncertain if the man will be forthcoming with information over the event.
Police will search several properties throughout Adelaide today and speak to known associates of the man in attempts to discover where and why the shooitng happened.
