NEVEDA - CLUB Colors May Be Banned from Hells Angels Trial

RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) - Cesar Villagrana has pled not guilty to the Nugget shooting in court today. Villagrana will stand trial on January 17th, the same date set for co-defendant Ernesto Manuel Gonzalez.
It has been reported to News 4 that gxxg colors may be banned from trial but has not yet been confirmed by Judge Steinheimer. News 4 contacted Judge Steinheimer's chambers and they have not issued any ruling as of yet but did discuss the issue in court.
The “no colors” ban refers to the patches and paraphernalia worn that carries motorcycle club insignias. The “colors” indicates membership of specific clubs. However, it must be decided if the colors are allowed and if this also includes the more subtle insignias worn on clothing that identify each member as part of their particular club.
