RCMP investigating alleged drug trafficking involving a Montreal chapter of the Hells Angels say they're executing search warrants today in northern New Brunswick.
Police say searches are being carried out in Bathurst, Beresford, Tracadie and Saint-Sauveur, as well as Montreal.
RCMP say police in New Brunswick have been working with authorities in Quebec since 2010 to investigate groups with alleged connections to the outlaw biker gang.
As part of the probe in New Brunswick, the Mounties also say they arrested a 46-year-old man last weekend in Landry Office, though he was later released.
Police have seized what they call large amounts of cocaine, marijuana, pills and cash during the course of the investigation.
