(PETERBOROUGH) A south Peterborough residence was raided early Friday night by officers with three separate forces.
Shortly after 6 p.m., city police, along with members of the OPP Provincial Biker Enforcement Unit and the Metro Toronto Police Biker Enforcement Unit, executed a search warrant at 126 Park St. S.
Identified by police as a clubhouse for the Outlaws MC biker gang, the residence is located just north of the Peterborough YMCA building.
Four Outlaws members, one member of the Vigilantes biker gang and an associate were detained by police.
During the raid, one man was found to be in possession of marijuana. Christopher Liddle, 60, of Oshawa, was charged in relation to that discovery. He will appear in court Nov. 24.
According to city police, the investigation into activities at, and related to, the clubhouse and its occupants continues with more charges pending.
