Brooklyn, NY - They rode into Williamsburg on Harley-Davidsons, Ducatis and Yamahas. Some came from Brooklyn and Manhattan. Others as far away as Pennsylvania. All were here to remember and honor motorcycle legend Indian Larry. Last Saturday, September 24th, hundreds of bikers convened on Union Avenue (between Powers and Ainslie Streets) for the eighth annual Indian Larry Grease Monkey Block Party. Organized by Indian Larry Motorcycles, the event featured food, souvenirs, raffles and plenty of other activities for both motorcycle enthusiasts and passer-bys. The shop remained open, showcasing various customized bikes, including several built by Indian Larry himself, a man widely considered a genius throughout the motorcycle world.
