An Edmonton police officer finally arrested a man on what was described as a 2008 Yamaha silver motorcycle.

"He had with him a machete and a chainsaw. He followed the vehicle and the occupants of the vehicle contacted police."
Godziuk said the motorcyclist, who appeared to be a white man in his mid-20s, appeared to be suffering from "significant mental health issues."
