A "political odd couple" have introduced a bipartisan bill in the U.S. House to legalize marijuana and leave it up to individual states to decide whether to allow the drug to be sold and, if so, how.
Libertarian Ron Paul, R-Texas, and Barney Frank, D-Mass, would still make it illegal to transport marijuana between states, reports the Texas on the Potomac blog of the Houston Chronicle.
More than a dozen states have already decriminalized possessing relatively small amounts of the drug.
