UNITED KINGDOM - South Somerset motorcycle fans invited to fundraiser

OFF THE WIRE
MOTORBIKE enthusiasts from across the Chard, Ilminster and Crewkerne area are being invited to join hospice fundraisers on Sunday, May 22, for the Sunflower Motorcycle Run, covering 120 miles through the heart of the beautiful Somerset countryside.
More than 200 bikers took part in the first-ever motorcycle run last year and raised about £2,500.
Now the hospice is hoping that this year's event will be even bigger and better.
The event, sponsored by Total Triumph of Taunton, has been organised by Tony Haywood and Mike axe of Westland Motorcycle Club, and is open to all bikes and sensible riders. Riders can ride in memory of a loved one or simply show their support for St Margaret's.

This year the ride begins at Ivel Barbarians Rugby Club in Yeovil at 10am. Pre-event registration is £10 plus £2 for pillion and all participants must be registered before leaving.

The route will take participants full circle with the event ending back at the rugby club where they will have the chance to enjoy refreshments and listen to music by RADAR.
