Australia - Firearms seized at St Marys in motorcycle gang crackdown

STRIKE Force Raptor officers arrested an alleged outlaw motorcycle gang member seizing seven firearms from a St Marys home.
At 7.35am on Friday, a search warrant was executed at a Moira Crescent home. It is alleged that during the search, a loaded 12 gauge pump-action shotgun, loaded .410 shotgun, shortened semi-automatic 12 gauge shotgun with pistol grips, loaded .38 revolver, .32 cal revolver, lever action .22 calibre rifle and shortened .22 rifle converted to a pistol were located.
Firearm parts, a large quantity of ammunition, steroids, fireworks, valium tablets, unidentified brown powder and drug equipment and an eight kilogram drum of caffeine were allegedly located.
A 25-year-old man was arrested at the home and taken to St Marys police station and charged with two counts of possess restricted substance.
He was been granted conditional bail to appear in Penrith Local Court on April 11.
Investigations are continuing.
Strike Force Raptor was established by the State Crime Command’s Gangs Squad and targets outlaw motorcycle gangs and their alleged associated criminal enterprises.
