A FIFTH man has been arrested after suspected members of a bikie gang allegedly assaulted staff at a Blue Mountains tattoo parlour.

The 28-year-old was arrested at Marayong, in Sydney's outer west, today by officers investigating the incident.
He has been charged with offences including using intimidation and violence to unlawfully influence a person.
He has been granted conditional bail to appear at Blacktown Local Court on March 23.
His arrest was the latest by officers who had forced their way inside the parlour, on the Great Western Highway at Lapstone, just before 2pm (AEDT) on Monday after hearing screaming from inside.
The officers say they discovered three alleged members of the Nomads outlaw motorcycle gang assaulting a 30-year-old staff member and his 27-year-old colleague.
One of the men sustained bruising and swelling to his face but did not require immediate medical treatment.
Three men - aged 48, 29 and 26 - were arrested at the scene.
Police allege six sets of knuckle dusters and a bullet were found inside vehicles belonging to the men outside the parlour.
The men were charged with offences including detaining a person, demanding property, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and participating in a criminal group.
They appeared on Tuesday at Penrith Local Court, where bail was refused for the 26-year-old man.
The other two were granted conditional bail.
All three are due to reappear at Penrith Local Court on March 25.
A fourth man, aged 28, was arrested yesterday.
He was charged "with numerous offences in relation to the incident", police said.
