CHICAGO — Suspect charged in motorcycle club slayings

'Person of interest' questioned in deadly biker club shooting...

Charges may be filed today in connection with a shooting at a South Side motorcycle club that left two men dead and five people badly wounded.
Chicago Police are now questioning a person of interest.
Police say an argument started at about 1:30 Sunday morning at the Hawks motorcycle club on 149 W. 75th street in the West Chatham neighborhood.
A man opened fire, killing 38-year-old Emmitt Suddoth and 39-year-old Bryant Glass. Two women and Five men were wounded. One is in critical condition, the other four are stable.
Suddoth leaves behind a 13-year-old son.
His murder comes three years after the family lost another member to a high profile murder. Suddoth's cousin was one of five women killed at the Lane Bryant store in Tinley Park. in 2008.
Suddoth was also a business man under federal indictment for an alleged $35 million mortgage-fraud scheme. Family and friends say regardless of his trouble with the law, Suddoth was a fun loving man who enjoyed being the president of the Hawks Motorcycle Club.
As far as they know, there hadn't been any problems there.
