A third Lone Legion Motorcycle Club member has been arrested in connection with an incident in Stuart St in Blenheim on Sunday.
A 39-year-old meat worker was arrested yesterday for unlawful assembly. On Monday, a 38-year-old self-employed man, also a gang member, was charged with unlawful assembly and being unlawfully on a property on Sunday afternoon.
A 50-year-old forestry worker, a third gang member, and a 29-year-old meat worker, a gang associate, were charged with unlawful assembly.
The men are scheduled to appear in Blenheim District Court on Monday.
The charges stem from the incident on Sunday when, according to a resident in the area, a gang member attacked a neighbour who had called noise control about loud music on Saturday night.
The fight lasted several minutes and the gang member "got a hiding and crawled back to where he came from", the resident said.
