FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA: Mitzel Ordered To Pay Nearly $400 For Driving Charges

OFF THE WIRE
Question here.... at what point should the elderly be banned from driving altogether???
Should it be based upon the individual's reflexes, etc?
Or retesting annually after a certain age?
Or just revoke the privilege to drive after a certain age?
WHAT DO YOU THINK?

The Ramsey County State's Attorney, Lonnie Olson, said Faith Mitzel was ordered to pay $375 in fines. She will also face 60 days in jail if she commits a crime within the next two years.
This comes after her license was pulled by the state this summer after she was involved in a deadly accident in May in Benson County. A motorcycle passenger was killed and two others were hurt.
