OFF THE WIRE

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - A federal judge has approved the release of former Pagan's Motorcycle Club national vice president Floyd "Jesse" Moore pending sentencing.

U.S. District Judge Thomas Johnston set conditions for Moore's release Thursday. Moore is confined to his home, with electronic monitoring, among other things.

The St. Albans man had been held since October, when he was charged along with 54 other members and associates of the motorcycle club in a sweeping federal racketeering case.

Moore pleaded guilty in December to charges involving a murder conspiracy and participating in illegal raffles. He faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Also Thursday, Moore's former girlfriend was sentenced to one day in prison and fined $5,000 for perjury. Rebecca Martin admitted lying to a grand jury.
